Reiki Level 1

Join us for our Reiki Level One class, an enlightening full-day workshop from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM designed to introduce you to the profound world of Reiki healing. This course offers a comprehensive introduction to the basics of Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It's an ideal starting point for anyone interested in energy work or self-improvement.

Throughout the day, you will learn how to connect with universal life energy and use it to help promote healing for yourself and others. We will cover the history of Reiki, the Reiki Principles, basic hand positions for self-treatment and treating others, and the philosophy behind holistic healing. You will receive your first Reiki attunement from an experienced Reiki MasterTeacher, which will open your energy pathways to begin practicing Reiki immediately.

Water and light snacks will be provided; however, students are required to bring their own lunch. All materials needed for the class, including a comprehensive workbook, additional handouts and a certificate of completion, will be provided. No prior experience is necessary—just come with an open mind and a willingness to learn this life-changing practice."
